Skins setting getting lost...

	I'm having trouble getting my skins and CSS settings to be remembered. Every few times I bring up the forums, it loads up as if my CSS file can't be found/loaded. To fix it, I have to go in to the admin section and "reset" my skins setting. Anyone else run in to this and have an idea how to fix it? My system just started to do this completely out of the blue.
