what can "moderators" do?

	what are the roles of moderators in a forum? how are they different from an admin? thanks.

	Moderators have the power, if you alow them to edit, delete, lock posts, suspend members etc. but they don't have the power to access the admin area and change, create, forums, etc. and they can't delete members.
