Does anybody have any taboos about putting the ADO variables in the Application.OnStart part of the Global.asa file? (that way they would be avaliable whenever i need them without having to do the include thing...)

No taboos here.

Other ideas are including an abbreviated ADO list containing only the things you actually use or else using the actual numbers each time instead of the constants and perhaps add comments if you do that.
