It would really be handy to be able to print out a list of every registered member and their email address.

We run a game server and keep our in game accounts cleaned out but back checking using our in game accounts to compair with our forum membership would take days.

We would also like to hand verify the email addresses.

Check hotscripts, 4guysfromrolla, aspfaq, etc. Lots of scripts out there for dumpng a table to csv or excell files.

Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.

Not sure it can done if you use a SQL Database host though, or am I incorrect?

You are incorrect, it is even easier with MSSQL IMHO
