the more u SPAM.. the more u lose and the less people are likely to arrive on ur website.. spaming only works for attarcting people on porn sites..

There is no quick way to get people to come to your site, you have to do like everyone else and spend time promoting your site.

Contact other web sites on the same topic as your own with a personal email asking if they would like to swap links with you.

Submit your web site to search engines and directories.

Advertise on other web sites.

print some T-shirt with ur logo, website link, contact email and copyright notice and distribute them for free..

Yep, i agree. Moreover .. it's rather easy with the new email clients to filter such spam. Simply add the message filter "delete all emails having the text unsubscribe". Ofcourse, you also risk on loosing on some important email then, but you could again add some filter not delete messages from so and so email address. Just a tip.
