Hi everyone,

I have got my forum up and running and 23 members but nobody seems to be posting

Any ideas on what categorys to add and any tips on getting people to start posting this is my site http://www.digitalgoods.net

Maybe your site is just not interesting. A site with basically only a forum on there does not give a big a appeal to people. Especially if you need to sign up for a premium membership. Also by just entering the site you don't necessarily know what it is you want to present. Try creating a site with info etc. that makes people come back and discuss content on your site in the forum.

I have purchased the portal from maddogs-asp do i just upload it to my webserver and over write the webwiz forum with the webwiz forum included in maddogs portal only i don't want to write over the database and lose all the members. Im using the SQL database not access + i don't want to over write the forum and lose the work i have already done what should i do?
