It's much the same, you just need to change what page it is linking to and just have the topic ID. So the link will look like:-

forum_posts.asp?TID= followed by the topic ID

I don't see why everyone has a problem with Active Topics. It does the same thing!
There have been many, many posts made throughout the world...

The reason why it was taken off the front page on version 7 is to speed the loading of the page up as it did add vital seconds to the page loading having it on there.

Yeah I like the loading time without it I think I will leave it off as well.

if it slow down the forum but peple still want it u can make that the admin can couse it from the admin panel if he want it to be shown or not .. you know like show the Moderators in the first page

and people will choose

Tell your users to click on Active Topics. It takes ONE click and it shows much more information.

Why is so hard to use????
