Unable to Edit post after time

What about inserting a feature that don't allow users to edit posts sent after a time range?

For example users can edit only post they have inserted less than one hour before while admin can edit all posts.

In this way users can't change information in posts for example to change a position or a sentence or to cover some bad behavior.

If the feature is alredy on please don't consider this topic (but I don't think... )

Is it a possibility to reintroduce the feature maybe deciding to let administrator choose by the admin pannel if the featre must be on or off?
