MODs....perms for same?

Just got started on v.8.x...and I've made my MODs and that's fine...
 
But they say that they can NOT see how to eithe edit or delete a post, lock a thread, etc. etc.
 
Is there something I've forgotten to do? In ADMIN, I believe I've set the proper perms...at least they look fine.
 
Does a MOD not "see" the buttons at the bottom of each post with Edit, Delete, Hide or Move? And how can a MOD lock a thread too?

Support questions get a faster response if posted in the support section...
Moderators should have the option to edit posts, else why have moderators? If you have modified the file forum_posts.asp then check to make sure that moderators are set to be able to edit posts
(around line 950):
 'If the logged in user is the person who posted the message or the forum administrator/moderator then allow them to edit or delete the message
        If (lngLoggedInUserID = lngUserID AND blnForumLocked = False AND blnActiveMember AND blnTopicLocked = False) OR (blnAdmin OR blnModerator) Then
