That's strange.  Perhaps the w3 validator has a bug in it?

It's noo bug. The validator has issues with your missuse of &.
 
& can only be used in html codes (ie.  ). You need to change the & in ALL your links to & to get it to validate. The browser will correct them back to & after loading.
