bad word filter

I was wondering if there is away for a admin or mod to find the post that had been filtered by the bad word filter.  what I am looking for is when I log in I see a red dot or image on a board then when I open the board it shows the same red dot or image on the post that had to be filtered?  The red dot or image is only seen by a mod or admin.

it would even be better if that post was put in hidden mod so no on can read it until a mod or admin can first read it and oks the post.
