Can’t run the setup.asp

My problem basically is my service provider won't give me the permission to create data tables or fields using the 'msSQL_server_setup.asp' file because of permission restrictions. I was told I had to use access to setup the microsoft sql server database. How do I do this and what do I have to create.

They only allow access? I would consider changing ISP's then...

I can't change ISP's becuase it is a weppage for a university society, as such I need to be able to setup the sql database without using an asp script.

Well you can just download the access version of the forum to use the access database, then in access you go to tool > upsizing wizard to create it as a SQL database.
