Upload Component problem

I've moved my website/forum to a new server. The new server is running Windows Server 2012 64-bits, IIS8 and Plesk 12.5. The forum seems to work great with SQL 2008 on a different server, except for file uploads.

Upload Component Test
The 'File System Object' needs to be installed on the server in combination with one of the components below in order for Upload Features to work.

File System Object (FSO) - Installed

Persits AspUpload 3.x - NOT Installed
Persits AspUpload - NOT Installed
Dundas Upload - NOT Installed
SoftArtisans FileUp (SA FileUp) - NOT Installed
aspSmartUpload - NOT Installed
AspSimpleUpload - NOT Installed

Image Resize Component Test
Persits AspJPEG needs to be installed on the server in order for uploaded images to be re-sized.

Persits AspJPEG - NOT Installed

I didn't see anything in the FAQ or manual about this.

The answer is in your post there is no software planned for the upload of installed on your server ...
It is absolutely necessary to install the one of your choice.

You need to install an upload component on the server such as 'Persits AspUpload' http://aspupload.com/

How did you do Flyman30?

Brune can it be enabled true the Plesk Painel or by fórum code?

If you are hosted on a shared server you will not be able to install one of the upload software needed by the forum, so ask your host to install one.
For example as advises Bruce http://aspupload.com/
You will then have to enabled true it in the admin of the forum.

If you are on a dedicated server it's up to you to install aspupload
