Opening the post reply or new post seems to take a long time after updating to IOS 9.1, this is using safari or chrome.

I have been testing IOS 9.1 on the IPad Mini in the lab and on this live forum and can not find any performance issues.

One thing I had noticed is that Apple have fixed the CSS issue in Safari that prevented the drop down menus from working correctly.
