As Access and SQL Server are both relational databases systems mySQL is not.

This means that the mySQL version of Web Wiz Forums uses a different database schema compared to the Access and SQL Server versions and therefore it would be extremely migrating from Access to mySQL.

It is much easier to migrate from Access to the SQL Server version and there are tools such as the Microsoft Access Migration Assistant  that can convert your Access database to SQL Server.

The Microsoft Access Migration Assistant can convert your Access database to SQL Server.
