Emoticons window is missing scroll bars

I've added multiple emoticons to my forum, and it was fine under my previous version of the software, but I recently upgraded to version 9 and there are no scroll bars on the emoticons window.  I have too many emoticons to fit in a single window, so some of my emoticons extend beyond the window frame and are unavailable.  The only way to see all of them is to change the zoom level of the window, but that's too much to ask of my users.
 
How do I add scroll bars on the emoticon window?

There are 4 files that you need to slightly alter -

forum/includes/emoticons_inc.asp
forum/includes/message_form_inc.asp
forum/includes/RTE_toolbar_inc.asp
forum/includes/RTE_quick_reply_toolbar_inc.asp

which will give you scrollbars
You can get some help here where we discussed the subject, but please read all the posts, and if you're not sure, just give us a shout
