Access Upsize to SQL

I have upsized my ms-access application by using access upsize wizard but after that my access subforms did not work properly.First off all new record entry is disabled in navigation bar and the relationship between master and child tables did not work but at database side relationship exist and all database object permission are seems to be ok.I have also tried to recreate subform in main form but it still the same.
