in the uk, an item must be offered at the price advertised or a suitable replacement must be offered for the same price. i remember a couple of years ago, ARGOS online sold in one day, 400 28" widescreen TVs for £3.99p each. they took it to court who said that they must still give the buyers the TVs as they have legally bought them.

i once bought Tony Hawks 2 on PC for £9.99 (when it first came out) as the company had missed the 2 off the front.

Well if you already bought and have it, it does not matter, but if you order something they can still say (at least in the US) sorry that was a print error, no ship to you.... Well I sure hope Gulli get's his drums. And hope he did not sign up for some drum club, where you have to order a drum every year or you get one sent. Like those annoying Bookclubs.

No its a proper online drum shop, and its a proper drum kit.

They refused the sale, but I cant do much because it was a friend in the US who made the order.  If it was in the UK and my card, id be on the phone right now shouting and them and getting my kit.
