I have a message thread that contains the word "Password" in both the topic and body of the message, however, searching on the word "password" does not return any results.  Other words in the same post can be searched on - just not the word "password".

Any idea why the word "password" cannot be searched on in v 6.34?

i think in thte filters it deleted the word password........ ive just looked and is your Search In set to Author .... because that is the only section of code that i can see that deleted the word password as there isnt able to be a user called password.....

I have tried searching "Topic Subject", "Message Body", and Author.

very peculiar bug...

 

Any other suggestions?

It's a security filter.

Is there a way I can disable the security filter?  I'm running this on an intranet behind a firewall and could really care less about security...

Edit the file search.asp it's somewhere in there I think.
