How can we set the forums, so that Standard Members have the ability to delete their own posts?

Example: We have a forum that allows them to post private items for sell, etc.

There is no version 1.51.2.1 or any version number like it.

For the last year the only versions have been version 6.x or a beta version of version 7.

In 6.x the user has a 20 minute time limit in which they can edit or delete posts.

This has been changed in version 7 so that the user can delete their post if you give them permisison to, but only till a reply is made to their post.
