I have encounterd this a few times... It must have something todo with software on the users computer.

Users can post ev works, but the message is always followed by the above.

Anyone an idea what program is the cause of this?

Zone Alarm (and maybe something else too) injects that code to the post, all you can do is tell the user to disable the  WYSIWYG post editor or turn off ZA (or whatever is causing it) to post...

It's add blocking software that is in some programs, there are loads of posts and solutions on this if you do a search on the forum. There is also code in version 7 to try and remove this but as the companies that write this software keep changing the code it means that it doesn't always work.

Beside all this internet security sofware that does all this type of thing is usless, I would tell your users to get rid of it and just get a good firewall.
