Hi guys and gals.  I know this is cheating, but I am straight hardware and management so this coding is kinda crazy stuff for me.  Can anyone give me a real quick asp script that will connect to a SQL server and show me two variables?

 

Server name - star01
database name - star
tablename - tPer_Person
login - sa
pass - "nothign"
Field#1 - FirstName
Field#2 - SocialSecurityNum
