   Hi
I want to publish some forms on my site. I want to recieve users information in my email... (or is there any better option for that?? plz tell me).

I tried to create form in Frontpage with their ready options.. (with that action="--WEBBOT-SELF--" code)

I also want to restrict user from uploading anything else other than .doc, .jpg, .gif and .png file formats.

I tried to search many codes of form.. but nothing is working for me.. I don't know anything about .asp, PHP or  javascript.. and most of the free codes I got are belong to these 3 scripting languages.

Plus I got to read that getting information in email is not safe.. as spammers can misuse that email id.. 

Plz can anyone help me in this... Plz guide me to create safe and easy form with validaton.
