Man, you need to check out this thing called Vaman DataServer at http://www.vamantech.com This has got a lovely GUI which is very much similar to that of MS SQL Server's Enterprise Manager.
Apart from it, it also has a built-in data migration tool which seamlessly migrates data from any RDBMS to any other RDBMS. You can download the Windows version from http://www.vamantech.com/vmndataserver.asp I think this will serve your purpose.

My vote goes to MYSQLCC, everything is there, and I manage dozen's of websites with about 50 users, with hundreds of DB's, I control everything from MYSQLCC, accounts, DB's, permissions the lot.

I've already tried out 5. I'm hoping for some good suggesstions...

True and not true about comparing mySQL and SQL Server. Some of the open source free stuff is beyond reproach. Although mySQL isn't a true RDBMS, it is great stuff... however... like so much of the open source stuff that comes out of the *nix community, it's about as user friendly as a pack of rabid wolves hyped on meth. I guess that's why I really don't pay as much attention to the open source stuff as I probably should.

I checked out My SQL Front, but it's gone.

MySQL-Front

Sorry, development on MySQL-Front has been discontinued.

Drat. Oh well. But there is still a link to download the latest version. I'll give it a spin.

Download.com led me to EMS MySQL Manager 2 Professional Edition, which looks like it will do the trick. Actually, it looks really good.

Google led me nowhere because the ISP we use at the office is lower than horse dung. Always connected, but only a 50% chance of a domain name resolving. [ Getting a new one soon I hope... ]

I'm still looking though as I'd prefer to find a free one [[[ bracing for non-user friendly stuff ]]]... (Perhaps the one you suggested will do the trick.

As for Oracle, I almost fail to see why anyone would ever need that. Want it - yes. Need it - no. It's a demonic hell spawn monster capable of doing a lot more than leaping Terabytes in a single bound. If god were a database, his name would be Larry.
