I have someone new trying to activate their email in the forum and they are getting this error:

How can we know what is the cause of this error?

We think the problem is the username had an apostrophe in it.

You are running Web Wiz Forums version 10 from 2011. This is around 15 versions behind the latest version.

Upgrade to the latest 11.01 version and see if that fixes the issue as I am sure that this issue was fixed some time back.
