business who dont focus on quality.

what do every thinks of business whose management has no sense of quality. Personall when I see a business who does not provide good working enviroments and adequate computing equipments to their staff, i rate them pathetic and vow never to work for them.

Regardless what they do, they should provide adequate computing power, resources and comfortable work enviroment to their staff. They should priovide seats with back and neck support.

and most important of all, in service oriented business, providing good service to customer. I would hate to assosiate myself with a company who has a bad reupation in their service or poor customer management.

Well don't work for an American company then. Right now, for many corporations in the U.S., its an expense year. Many of them have been having expense years since 2001. They will do whatever possible to shave costs from anything and everything so their bottom line will look good, even at the cost of quality.

If that doesn't work, they will outsource the whole thing.
