searching voor a http code

i have an INCLUDE FILE that use pictures from an another map.
When i use that INC FILE in a file i cann't see my pictures anymore.
Detail:

root\
file--inc_pict.asp --> with a link to: pict/pict.gif

map-PICT
   file--pict.gif

map-PHOTOBOOK
   file--book.asp

Inside the file book.asp i use: <!-- INCLUDE FILE=../inc_pict.asp
but now i cant see pict.gif
   if you select properties you will see
http://....com/PHOTOBOOK/PICT/pict.gif

my question is if someone knows a code so i can replace the "../" with a http://www.website.com without writing it down everytime
