How can Admin get the notification from email?

If you want to receive email notifications, you will need to subscribe to the individual forums you want notifying of. This applies to admins and normal members.

The "Forum Email Address" in the admin area is used as the address in emails sent by the forum, for example in the "from" box for notification emails. It tells you in the description seen in your screen shot.
