Image Upload problem with PM

I have an interesting one with image uploads in PMs. We have two image buttons displaying - one with an up arrow on it and the other like the normal button. When we click the one with the up arrow on it we get an error message;

Access Denied

Only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

And this is where it gets weird. We only see this button in IE10 (IE 7,8,9 only show one button). I was seeing it on FF16, but on restarting after the v17 update the extra button has disappeared. I only see one button in Chrome

We're running 10.12 - about to update to 10.13.

Is there some config variable we need to tweak to get rid of this button - or to make it work?

PS - also wasn't able to post this message using FF v16 or v17 - can't click in RTE box. Posting in Chrome

For IE 10 and Firefox 17 support you need to upgrade to version 10.13.

Firefox 17 has a bug in their Rich Text Editing API that means the carrot does not flash in the Rich Text Editing box until after you start typing.

Hi Bruce

We're on the latest 10.15 and we get this issue with the Image upload button from the non WYSIWYG Image Upload button (non_RTE_upload_images.asp)

I get this in IE10 and Chrome

Have not been able to replicate this issue in the lab with IE 10 or Chrome when not using the WYSIWYG Post Editor to upload images.

Sorry had not seen that this was for Private Messages.

Have now replicated the error and will look at having it fixed in the next release.
