I just tried upgrading to 10.14 from a version 9 setup. Database test connected, I received a success message after upgrade. Permissions are set, but I am getting this error now.

Can anyone help. Yes it looks to me that it doesn't have that table, but I am not even seeing it in the upgrade script.
