Hello, I have downloaded webwiz forum and have set up a password protected room, however, when I go to member permissions admin and set up one of my members, I click submit and it takes me to the following error:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'Read'.

/forum/admin/create_user_permissions.asp, line 149

we have checked the code thoroughly and are unable to resolve the problem. Can someone pls help me? Thank you in advance

This is a problem with your SQL server and ODBC rejecting the word 'read' which is the name of one of the fields.

Try updating the ODBC drivers on the server, if that fails it could be your SQL server, try installing the latest server packs on the SQL server.

The ODBC drivers can be got form www.microsoft.com/data
