Looking very good.

You've got some images that are prolongning load times:

http://www.vcdplanet.com/media/Tcharlieandthe.jpg

But it looks good.

Your adwords in the lower right won't make any money there.

Get rid of the blog stuff also. Change the link to text like "VCD Planet Video Blog". (Actually, "movie" is better than "video" but I won't get into that.)

You might want to list movies in the checkout page. Also, your "Checkout" links are too small. Way too difficult to find. Make it bigger.

Yadda yadda...

Good stuff though. Pat yourself on the back. Smile

I saw the links page - One of my favorite slogans is there in a banner, "Malaysia Truly Asia". Great place. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

For those that don't know, Malaysia has a large tourism campaign and that's the slogan for it. Wonderful place to go. Very cosmopolitan compared to some other places here in Asia.

Not really, that's not spam, he is asking our opinion so he can improve his site.
It's a nice site, the only thing I would say you need to do is get rid of some of the whitespace - makes it look a bit too empty for my liking, and get  some  nice graphics  into the  content  boxes there,  IMHO they look too  bland, maybe get a gradient in there, or something glossy

I agree with Mart. Especially looking at it on a Widescreen Monitor, the 4 columns under New Releases look too "alone" I would stretch it a bit more.

On smaller resolutions, it looks quite good, but yes - at higher resolutions there is a LOT of whitespace.

Unless you go with a fixed width, that kind of a layout is tough to do if you want to fill the screen. Lord knows you don't want to get into heavy client side scripting for it.

I like full width sites, but they do present design problems. Here's one:

http://www.altools.net/

It works down to 800x600 but at higher resolutions like 1600x1200 or 1920... You start to get quite a bit of white.

My personal site has the same full width style (or problem if you will):

What to do... what to do... ???
