Some people out there in the world really are strange.

I was emailed saying that I 'tricked' someone into an SMS subscription which I am now offering on my site.

1)  They had to click on a massive 'SUBSCRIPTION' button.

2)  They had to agree to terms and conditions

3)  They had to click another massive button which clearly indicates a monthly payment

4)  They had to enter the CC details on a Paypal page titled 'SUBSCRIPTIONS' and with 'SUYBSCRIPTION DETAILS'

Jeez whats up with some people

Yeah, some people will always, either on purpose or for some obscure reason, do that, when you sell them something, this is a major source for concern and always makes me wonder If whatever idea I had for a bussiness should go ahead.

I don't know much about the law, but if I were you I would check it up, just to be safe that you are not breaking any bit of it, in case the worse happens.

I would also pay an specialised Internet Consultant on these matters to have a look at your bussiness approach and the whole concept, to see what could be done to be in further compliance and maybe even improve opon it.

I would suggest a 'usage agreement' where you can specifiy the user's responsibilities and your members/customers need to accept it before going to the next step. This way you're justified when it comes to law.
