Upgrade or not? Does it matter if Im running 2000 or 2002 database? Can I just replase databasefil or is there they more I need to do?

My database i not i org. map, I've moved it to an other place...

I do have SQL, but I will wait a little to upgrade to SQL... I have some old things, whise I cleaning up, before I upgrade to SQL.

In some tests that I ran there was very little difference in size but I did find the 2002 version ran slightly faster than 2000
