Version 7 image upload problem

I just upgraded to version 7. Very Nice! The only problem I have is when my guests trys to upload a image they receice this message:  SoftArtisans.SAFile.1 error '8007010b' Creation of cached file failed. Please check the NTFS permissions for the directory path "D:\WWWRoot\tiderunnercom\www\images\upload". This directory requires Read, Write and Delete permissions by the anonymous user ( NT account: IUSR_computername ) and/or by your authenticated users.The directory name is invalid. /forum/functions/functions_upload.asp, line 228

I contacted my host and they wrote back: "The directory has been assigned the proper permissions."

I still receive the same message. I'm confused. Is there something I'm missing here?

From the error message as it says either permisions are not set properly on the directory or the directory path and name are incorrect.

Try sending the error to your web hosts and see what they say as there appears to be a problem.

My host company just need to find the path for the upload.  Everything is now great.
