IIs take long time to run ASP but HTML ru

If script blocking is disabled - does that not make your computer vulnerable? 

I have had the same problem with IIS and have just read your postings.  My IIS was working fine for months and then Norton began to act weird and got me to uninstall and reinstall - so at some point in the past I must have known to disable scripting.  But I don't remember it being off all the time!
