When using Data Migrator to move the old636.mdb to new7.mdb (both in the c:\Temp directory), the databases are found, but when I click on the Start Data Transfer botton, I get Error 0: in  a box titled Form_frmDataMigrator.cmdExecute_Click.

What do I need to do to get my database updated to v7?

Please help!

Have you compacted all three files (old634.mdb, new7.mdb and migrator.mde)? If not, open them (you'll need to hold down the Shift key while opening the migrator.mde) and use the Compact and Repair (on the Tools menu I think). This seems to fix most problems .

I assume "old636.mdb" is just a typo? (should be "old634.mdb")

Yes, it was just a typo.

Thanks for the advice. I'll compact them and repost if there is still a problem.

I appreciate the help.
