There should be a default admin group.

There should be nothing on line 111 of forum_details.asp so either the file is modified or you have a corrupted file, try reuploading the file again.

I uploaded the file again -- AMAZING -- now everything works as advertised!  Impressive.  Even the default settings that weren't displaying  before were there for me to edit.
