When I convert the old *.mdb file, my all post is disapered!
And when I search it will not find any of my old post in the forum.
Have som more seen this problem or it is mee how doing wrong??

Wrang,

A few hours back you said you could not get the migrator to work. Now you say you have converted the old mdb file and all you posts have disappeared.

  • If you did not run the migrator, how did you "convert" the database?
  • If you finally managed to run the migrator, what did you change to get it to run?
  • Did you check the new DB after conversion / migration by directly opening it prior to uploading and did it contain the expected records?

Must have more info to help further.

 i got your email with the data bases. i will convert them tonight after everquest raid.

I tried to re install Access and after this it works with the Tool

What do you meen?
  • Did you check the new DB after conversion / migration by directly opening it prior to uploading and did it contain the expected records?

    Wrang,

    I just emailed your function database converted. Sorry but the Plane of Hate raid took longer than expected.

    Anyway, you can temporarily view the forum converted and working at http://rexpage.homedns.org/testforum. That's my test server so it won't stay there permanently and its using my new test skin with some mods.
