Unicode support?

   I have a project needed a new forum software.
Web Wiz some how fit into the criteria, however, it didn't pass my unicode test.

if someone switch languages in the middle of conversion like 我现在跟你们说汉语, 或者私は日本語を話したいと思う. 

Web Wiz on my test site only got a string of "?", I examined the database, the Subject text is displayed ok, but not in database storage. The message in tblThread replace non-ascii to "?"

But i drop Web Wiz off my list, i'd like to ask if this is a configuration issue or it is a feature by unconscious design?
