Try doing a repair on your access database and resync your post counts, if that does not work look at the database, if you got some corrupt indexes there...

Hmmm---well MD is right although maybe he could have reversed his post to offer help first then a friendly reminder of the rules.

Pam---I have had the same problem but learned 1 little trick that will help you out I bet. ALWAYS compact/repair the v6.x database first, then do the upgrade script, THEN compact/repair the new v7 database. Make sure that your forum is configured properly in the Admin as well and use the recount/resynch function.

If all else fails email me at mailto:rex@rexpage.com?subject=WWF_DBase_Help and I'll be glad to do the upgrade for you as long as it is v6.34 and Access. I have done several now for my forums and a few for others.

yes it was compacted and repaired before and after,admin has been gone through with a fine tooth comb,guess its just a case of redoing a compact and repair again and seeing what happens,oh and re sync has been done too.
