Hi
I had version 9.73 installed and working fine. Just trying to upgrade to 10.3 and getting
 
Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occurred while executing SQL query on database.
Please contact the Forum Administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_SQLServer_loginUser()_get_USR_login
File Name:- functions_login.asp
Forum Version:- 10.03
 
My ISP says I have full permissions on the database folder. Looking at the connection string it looks correct. This is for the premium edition.
 
Any ideas?

Yes I did, I have completed two or three upgrades in the past. I will try again shortly.

Tried again following the instructions and I get the same message when I go to the main page and I get the following if I go to my /admin.asp page. this site was working perfectly before I deleted the old files and copied over the new.

The database_connection.asp and database_settings.asp are set correctly.

If you have support with us then you should open a support ticket and and include your database connection details so that one of our developers can have a look and see what the issue is with your database.
