If you are running version 7 of web wiz forums then you just need to edit the file emoticons_inc.asp found the the includes directory adding your own smilies to the array.

If you are running an older version of web wiz forums then it will be quite difficult and would require editing a large number of pages and also javascript and ASP skills would be required.
