I was updating my wserver 2k3 yesterday, and applied SP1, it's been hell ever since, first windows firewall was on be default, even thou I have my own proper server firewall (software), then it complained on logon there are issues with the Windows activation key, it let me logon and everything works great appart from the nag on logon that shows either logging in locally or with terminal services, but most impotantly is the service failures that I'm yet to find a solution, check here:

The one I need working is (Windows Time service) and starting won't work, as for the WMI errors I might be able to rebuild the repository.
Does anyone have any similar issue and the respectice solution?
