i have a client that is using an application of mine

but when he tries to submit (any form) it comes up with a 404 page. even though the page exists and ive tried an unzipped version of the same and works on my local server.

any ideas whjat can be the problem?

its a IIS5, Wion 2000 ADvanced

username and password are the same as WWF detaults (administrator/letmein)

Very strange. Could you try omitting the get string and put that in a hidden field? Just grasping at straws...

I had a similar issue and it was actually FrontPage Server Extensions messing the site up. Simple way that solved it for me was to just do All Taks>Permissions Wizard in IIS and then apply whatever custom changes were necessary.

all sorted , the user had used the IIS lock down tool. they uninstalled it and manually turned off what they didn't want.

it had shut down a lot of things
