Ladder points not increasing

After upgrading to V.10, my users are not getting new points.
No settings have been changed in the setup.
Points are set to +1 for each action defined.

I'm a bit stuck here.
Any ideas ?

There is an known issue in the present version for some types of points. This has been corrected for the next release which should be in the next couple of weeks.
