When deleting members in the admin section the member is still visible after deletion process although if the members list is viewed afterwards in the main forum the deletion has occurred.

If you delete members any posts that they have made will be set to have been posted by an unregistered Guest.

We have club members who leave so we remove them from the forum as its seen as a benefit of club membership.
What I am trying to say about them not disappearing is that they still remain in the admin list until after you quit to the forum. At first I didn't think they were been removed but after returning out of admin mode they disappeared.

I think a cleaner way of handling ex-members is to set up a "Retired" category with no forum privileges.Move them into the retired category instead of deleting them and there'll never be a question about who posted what.

Being able to provide an audit trail has kept me out of court a couple of times. It's a particularly good thing to do if your members/ ex-members ever buy/sell/trade among themselves.

I would like an option to delete a member with one-click that does the following:
Blocks members IP, deletes all posts, sets member to inactive.  This is for fighting spammers.
Thanks, c
