Will the registrant info be traceable in some way if I buy a Premium Edition licence ?
I prefer my identity to be safe and secret.

The licence number you get when you register for premium edition.
Or the name which it is registered on.
Is this number or name displayed in the forum somewhere, so the users can find out to whom it belongs ?

Not that users can use to find out to whom it belongs, but the install ID can be used by our own staff to look up license details on our internal systems.
