Does anyone know how to setup admentor .net without it running in a virtual directory.

Why can't you run it in a virtual directory? Its one of the most common things needed for applications to run, and some will not run without one

It isn't a dedicated server and the host will not make a virtual directory.

Ask them to make a new Server Application - they must let you do that

If I try running it in a subdomain i get:

Jut put the dll into your root's bin and make any changes to the web.config to your root's web.config, that way you can usually get around vd's
