My english bad , sorry
 
My forum is version 9.70
I dont see Russian Character , Arabic Character , Indıa Character etc..
My character set  "utf-8"
My forum language is Turkish.
How see support arabic , russian , ındia and other characters??
Please help me..

UTF-8 was made to handle it all. I know for sure it can do Arabic, as seen on my own forum: www.iamiraqi.com/forum
